Find your people Campaign captains from the 2008 presidential race from both candidates should be considered for leadership roles within your precinct. Next, look at your state or county delegates and alternates. Dividing the work load from the beginning will make your tasks more manageable and fun. Use the Voter Activation Network (VAN),a database system used by the Texas Democratic Party to locate other people in your precinct. Go to http://texasvan.com Select "Request an account" This will take you to the "user account request" page.
